Hi,

I'm LP advanced on a notebook computer and so am looking to maximise the amount of info I can display on the screen. Couple of questions

1.  The status bar toggle button bottom left corner (next to the zoom buttons) isn't active, is it possible to activate this?
2.  When I switch between different views, e.g. lesson, timetable, planner.  Is it possible to force the window to always open maximised?
3.  Is it possible to change the default font size in the lesson planner?

thanks

Hi

The status bar can't currently be toggled, this is to reduce the number of buttons required for record navigation and user feedback about sort status, records found, etc.

The window uses an auto adjust due to a issue that Windows OS has handling maximised windows when switching tables. If you use the + zoom button the window will automatically be enlarged to fit the new zoomed size. This will remain constant when moving from lessons to timetable, etc. This will also enlarge the font size.

The default font size for field content is fixed but if you choose to change it using the various font formatting options, this will be retained. If you want to have a different font size, style, etc for your lesson plans I suggest creating a lesson plan, setting the font size, etc within the fields and then using this template as a starting pont for all lesson plans by duplicating it. Duplicating will retain font styles.

Hi, thanks for the info.

Is there a shortcut key at all to maximise windows within the application?

Small bug report:
I use the 5 day, week view for the planner.  If I edit an item that I've already added to the planner, when I save the item the planner then switches back to the 7 day option, displaying Sunday and Saturday.  To get it back to the 5 day option I have to go into month view and then back into week view.  In Lesson Planner Setup under Display the 7 day week view box is unchecked.

Hi

Maybe a keyboard shortcut that maximised windows would be an option for a future release. Thanks for pointing out the bug, we'll take a look at this and get it fixed.
