Does it happen when selecting the same period or lesson type? Is there anything that is consistent when this occurs? I might be able to replicate it then and sort out a fix. Thanks. It doesn't happen with the same period or lesson type as it appears to happen most days with different classes. I've attached is a copy of the screens with what has been happening. I managed to show you a before and after. Today (26/8/10) when I ticked the 3 classes I have tomorrow (Friday 27th) and clicked Toolbar "Timetable" and selected "generate lesson plans" and then selected "ticked lessons only" it duplicated again. The program appears to duplicated the current days lessons. I?ve learned not to delete the extras lesson plans as it duplicates both the original and the copy. Hope this helps to get to the bottom of the problem. |

Once a lesson is created it should appear on the appropriate date in the monthly. Unfortunately they often appear twice on the planner on the same day for no apparent reason. This does not happen consistently but it is a problem when planning lessons. I also find this is happening to me. I create the lesson from ticking the period on the timetable and creating the lesson from the tool bar button Timetables then generate lesson plans and select ticked lessons only. ![]() |

Hi
Linking to Keynote files directly is an issue because of the manner in which Apple stores Keynote projects as packages, rather than single files. Hence, the multiple file message. The only workaround is to compress the Keynote project as .zip first and then add it to your lesson resources. |

Is there a way to link to a Keynote file as a resource on a Macintosh?
When attempted, it gives an error message that it can't because the indicated item "contains other files inside it." I use Keynote presentations a great deal and would love for this to be possible. Thanks. |

Hi
It shouldn't make any difference, LPA should run fine from a memory stick in either, as long as the XP computer is up to date with the Windows service pack updates. |

Hi
On a Mac it's simply a case of hitting the print button and choosing to Save as PDF... This will then save all lesson plan pages as a single or even multiple plan PDF do[censored]ent that can easily be shared and printed on any computer that has Abobe Reader installed. There are Windows PDF printing alternatives such as FlashPaper, etc. Alternatively, if your computer at home and in school are both the same operating system, you could copy the entire LPA folder to the memory stick and use the app on whichever computer you plug it into. Hope that helps. |
